Funeral homes, cemeteries or prepaid funeral contracts in Saskatchewan are overseen by Funeral and Cremation Services Council of Saskatchewan . Contact them to check a business or make a complaint.
In Saskatchewan, prepaid funeral contracts can be cancelled or transferred to another funeral home, and trust-funded contracts are protected by an Assurance Fund. (source)
